Blast from the past
Mobility Agency from Modena is developing on-demand service intended primarily for young people with the idea based on on-demand service ProntoBus developed within RUMOBIL project, which won a reward.
Agency for mobility and local public transport from Modena (aMo) participated in the “Europe is here” competition of the Emilia-Romagna Region. The purpose of the competition was to identify and award the best European projects carried out by companies in the region.
AMo participated with three (3) Interreg Central Europe projects, YOUMOBIL being one of them. Since YOUMOBIL pilot didn’t yet start in the area, due to the pandemic, it was not possible to gain such visibility as with already implemented pilots with great results.
This is why RUMOBIL project won in the Sustainable Mobility category. It showed concrete results of the ProntoBus service developed, which is still active.
And why is this important for us?
The fact that RUMOBIL project is a predecessor of YOUMOBIL project, shows us that we are on a successful path and that maybe we can expect a reward for YOUMOBIL next time.
