Last Citycircle event in Kranj
On Wednesday, 30. March 2022, CITYCIRCLE team Kranj organised final event with important conclusions about next steps in transition to circular economy in Kranj.
CITYCIRCLE Kranj project leader Marija Ahačič Premrl drove the participants through last three years, in which we implemented project goals set at the beginning of the project in 2019.
Nina Taylor from ezavod, who is also a partner in the project, highlighted the importance of the transition from linear towards circular economy.
Zala Strojin Božič, a special guest from City municipality Ljubljana and manager of circular economy presented good practice examples from the capital city of Slovenia and illustrated the way the employees of the City administration chose to implement the principles of circular economy in their life.
The event ended with positive conclusions and the decision to get the most out of circular economy goals was set.
