SMACKER Final press release June 2022
The SMACKER_Interreg CE project, funded by the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme and of which ITL (Institute for Transport and Logistics Foundation) is a partner, has the objectives of promoting demand responsive transport (DRT) and mobility services in low population density areas, by connecting systems of local and regional mobility to the main European transport corridors and nodes and stimulating a change in the mobility habits of people to use public transport services instead of private cars.
