Cultural Innovation Competence Centre Association
The main goals of the Cultural Innovation Competence Centre (henceforth CICC) Association are supporting the creation of a cooperative network between SMEs and inspire them for the internationalization. In 2007 the CICC Association founded the Cultural Creative Industry Cluster which is acting as an umbrella organisation for the creative industry of the region. CICC carried out research in the followings topics, gained experience and expertise in research and methodology development: in creative industry: the completion of the regional cadastre report and development map, through various surveys on the potentials of different clusters, upcoming trends within the creative industries, research on alternative tourist routes and creative potential of the cities implemented in various Hungarian and international projects. One of the main goals is the development of regional creative industries sector, providing business opportunities for the creative, talented youth. We maintain professional partnership with personal contacts and networking with the local universities, VET, chamber of commerce, labour centre and some regional development agencies. The CICC Association also runs a coworking office; its long-term goal is to provide the basis for community building.
