Mid–term Review Meeting in Parma, Italy

The 12th of June, AMIIGA  held its Mid-term review: AMIIGA started in September 2016 and will finish the 31.8.2019.

The gathering ( in Parma, at La casa della Musica) has evaluated the current status of the project in the main items  and technical deliverables; every work package leaders have illustrated the state of the art: activities, problems, deviations, needs, etc: no evident problems have emerged.

At the meeting were also present Mr Lubor Jusko (the representative of Joint Secretariat of Interreg Central Europe Programme), wich presented e opened session, and Mrs Rita Bertocco (Regione Veneto – Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Italian Contact Point).

Mr. Jusko has explained some procedures, has replied to clear questions and has given some important suggestions for the continuation of AMIIGA. 

The presentation of all technical tasks and progress (including outputs and other highlights, target groups etc.) has been integrated with those relating to financial, managerial and communication aspects. This last area, as highlighted by communication manager, Patrizia Marani, has been particularly active in recent times. Thanks specially to the increased collaboration -production of news and activities on social networks- of all partners.

A quick but appetizing lunch ended the morning session. With a bit of excellent wine ....(after much talking about water).

In the afternoon, two open, technical sessions have been held about the Web-GIS and the real role of the Expert Panel concerning the activities in the pilot sites.
