The COMODALCE project presented at the “DocksTheFuture” mid-term conference

The Port of Trieste presented the COMODALCE project during the mid-term conference of the "DocksTheFuture" project, co-financed by the H2020 program, held in Trieste on 4^th April 2019.

DocksTheFuture aims to define the concept of the "Port of the future" of 2030, responding to the challenges of simplifying and digitizing the procedures and processes of port operations and logistics.

The COMODALCE project focuses precisely on the digitalisation of the procedures for rail freight transport at transnational level in Central Europe, with obvious points in common with the DocksTheFuture project.

The mid-term conference was attended by more than 70 people, experts in the transport and logistics sector, the digitalisation of the port system, research and academia.
