Kick-off meeting in Budapest

19-21 June 2019

The kick-off meeting was held on 19-21 June 2019 in Budapest. Partners from four countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Germany) met after the technical kick-off in April 2019 in Dresden for the first partner meeting and discussed several topics regarding the project launch and methodological aspects.

The first day took place at KTI Institute for Transport Sciences. Here partners discussed the pilot activities of WPT2 and territorial assessment of challenges and needs of WPT1. At the evening the participants enjoyed a sightseeing tour around Budapest with a special quiz at the end. On the second day partners visited Freeport of Budapest Logistics and learned interesting information about the history of the port and logistics.

The meeting was successful, it was very nice to meet together and get to know each other. Thanks to the organizers, everything was very well-prepared. Now the project can start, and we are looking forward to the next meeting in Dresden in November!
