TOGETHER to participate in the Joint Conference on Serious Games 2017
The project TOGETHER is going to participate in the 2017 edition of the Joint Conference on Serious Games (Valencia 23/24 Nov 2017) that brings together the 8th Serious Games Development & Applications (SGDA 2017) and 7th GameDays 2017 conferences. For the conference the TOGETHER lead partner elaborated the paper " Putting Serious Games in Context: The Energy Efficiency of Buildings Case".
The paper invites to a reflection on the way energy efficiency (serious) games – i.e. those addressing the issue of behavioral change in individual energy consumption – are and should be designed to better fulfil the goals assigned to Demand Side Management programmes, notably run by governments and utilities, with special respect to public buildings (i.e. other than private homes).
The paper was submitted and accepted by the organiser and will presented next 23/24 November!
