SALT FESTIVAL IN PIRAN

At the Saltpans Feast within the YouInHerit project, Maritime Museum "Sergej Mašera" Piran, in cooperation with the college Izola and local fisherman, organized a workshop pf "fish salting", where 2 young students of the College Izola showed the "school" method of the fish salting, while fisherman showed their traditional approach.
