NUCLEI aims to establish a transnational innovation management model in Central European regionsa and to create a transnational pool of knowledge that supports advanced manufacturing innovation beyond regional borders.
This will increase economic interdependencies among seven regions and encourage more effective transnational value chains in automotive, electrical industry, IT sector, robotic and mechanic automation. Such joint knowledge sourcing approach will help the 7 NUCLEI industrial clusters and its end-beneficiaries (corporations, SMEs, R&D performers) generate new consortia/business deals for executing bold technological, product and market projects. The creation of a broad and collaborative environment, initially tested by 100 companies from 7 regions, is expected to:

As part of the series titled “Digital transformation for a human-centred industry 4.0” by project partner t2i, the open seminar "Industrial IoT and supply chain integration” in Treviso on November 23, 2017 will focus on the key enablers of digital transformation.
Dealing with the in-depth integration of IT solutions (sensors, data analysis, cloud..), participants will get insights from renowned experts from the industry, e.g. Fraunhofer FOKUS.

Our project partner ITQ will be attending the Movilizer Days 2017 in Mannheim (Germany). Within this event, ITQ is going to promote NUCLEI and network with companies from the IoT, automation and robotics industry. On June 27 and 28, 2017 the ten NUCLEI Project Partners will come together in Munich to meet for a Transnational NUCLEI Brokers Coaching. The aim of this meeting is to exchange news and information on improving innovation-related services through networking. One major highlight will be the Make Light Makeathon which serves as an example of the NUCLEI project as it proves how technology transfer and open innovative thinking are linked.
