ProteCHt2save achievements featured in the EU Interreg Blog "cooperationiscentral”
Professional rescue teams are perfectly trained to save people but they often do not know yet how to protect heritage. In this context ProteCHt2save connected public authorities, preservation experts, rescue teams beyond borders sparking the creation of the Web GIS tool for risk mapping.
Findings from ProteCHt2save and the Web GIS tool itself are further developed in the current STRENCH project.

Satellite based monitoring presents a valuable tool with great potential for cultural heritage protectors.
The ESA (The European Space Agency) explores sattelite based cultural heritage monitoring in their “Sentinel Success Stories”. Experts interviewed explain how satellite images can help us better understand the impact of natural events and monitor the impact of human actions on the conservation of cultural heritage sites.
