This work package is dedicated to the development of a support toolbox for local  energy planning and financing – a combination of analytical (toolbox) and procedural tools (guidelines) intended to support rational and sustainable decision-making of public authorities and address citizen engagement as a cornerstone for sustainability of local energy actions.
