Launch of Accessible for all Exhibition in Piran

In application of the COME-IN! guidelines and with the occasion of the Night of the Museums of Slovenia, the Maritime Museum “Sergej Masera” of Piran opened its new accessible for all exhibition “STONE BY STONE...THE ROMAN ARCHITECTURE IN THE NORTH-WESTERN ISTRIA”  on 16 June.

The curator of the Museum organised a guided tour for visitors, adapted to persons with disabilities, followed by a small catering and drinks. The Museum is the fourth out of six Museums of the EU Project COME-IN! led by the Central European Initiative to have implemented a series of infrastructural and communication measures to turn its exhibition accessible to all. 
The Museum has put in place an archeological multisensorial exhibition adapted for visitors with disabilities in which is presented also some works from the last ArtDownUp creative workshop.
