Work Package 3 progress update
As part of the Thematic Work Package 3, a standardization of the procedure for implementing pilot actions has been developed. The procedure of implementation consists of three stages: preparation with public procurement process, selecting an external expert, inventory of the initial state, identification of problem areas, identification of ways to improve energy efficiency; development and implementation with designing a technical solution and cost estimate, selection of contractor and purchase of equipment, verification of technical design and cost estimate, supervision and receipt of works; operation with monitoring and evaluation of results.
