SCHOOL OF CELIAC DISEASE AND DIABETES, Trieste, Italy

The meeting was organized as a training event for young paediatricians, nutritionists, food technologists and psychologists. Seminars included information on Celiac Disease, Diabetes, dietary requirements etc.

The aim was to make the public able to manage the creation of a teaching program/presentation in the field of celiac disease and diabetes. This knowledge will be later used during the training activity in schools and public events.
