LOCAL PILOT IN GERMANY: SCALERATOR
Scalerator for social enterprises : Querfeld’s story
In June 2019, our German partners Social Impact & Roots of Impact, in collaboration with Impact Collective, launched the one-year Scalerator programme as part of the Social(i)Makers project. Scalerator supports one outstanding social enterprise in Germany with tailor-made coaching & specialised knowledge to scale its business sustainably & help expand its impact. The Berlin social startup Querfeld is the current recipient of the Scalerator scholarship. The startup works hard to prevent food waste & help process & use sorted-out, yet edible vegetables & fruits.
To learn more about Querfeld’s progress during Scalerator, Social Impact recently sat down with Frederic Goldkorn (Founder & CEO of Querfeld) & Kai Hübner (Managing Director of Impact Collective). And the result of this conversation has been captured here https://www.social-startups.de/skalierung-von-sozialuntern…/
However, with the current crisis, also Querfeld and other social startups in Berlin need your continuous support. So if you appreciate what they do, come & visit the newly created Stay Home Club for great & sustainably produced edibles & other useful goods if you can’t leave the house these days.
