Rural Youth Meets the Biosphere (Foreword)

The rural youth advocates for values, traditions and regional customs and also tries to live them actively. Additionally, in the spirit of a biosphere reserve, the rural youth also deals with the future of the market town, the entire region and the challenges it poses. Together, the Rural Youth and the Biosphere, they support the preservation of their natural and cultural landscape, but also the sustainable development of the region, its economy, infrastructures, social context and tourism, in order to offer perspectives and jobs to the youth. We are particularly pleased of holding this joint event in which regional initiatives and projects are presented and the special features of our region are presented, among other things, in the form of craftsmanship and culinary delights. And, perhaps during the event, the possibility of forging and discussing ideas for the future may arise!
