Aim The aim of OpenBioMaps (OBM) is to help researchers and conservation experts in data management, data exchange and sharing data. Provide sustainable
and flexible database background for research, education and conservation primarily within the field of biology. Promote the public disclosure of data. Providing an open and easy-to-use tool for general data management, which help people to be more disposed to share their data.
Results Planned activities and expected outputs and results of your project:
Developing web software components, mobile-apps, R-packages, API interfaces. Create a network of databases: involving and support scientific projects, citizen science projects, conservational projects and educational projects. Building links and bridges between the projects involved: supporting biodiversity related research and policy making.
