4th PSC MEETING: KARLSRUHE

URBAN INNO project steering committee will join for the 4th time in German city Karlsruhe, on 15th and 16th of May 2017. Besides general topics on project management and communication, ongoing activities within every thematic package will be reported and discussed.

Both mentored and mentoring partners will focus on finalizing the upcoming training sessions and set the scene for the development of urban innovation roadmaps in the target areas of Hartberg/Pinkafeld (Austria), Kielce (Poland), Kosice (Slovakia), Rijeka (Croatia) and Vas County (Hungary), following the aim to set-up new Urban Innovation Clusters and Networks by beginning of 2018 in each of the five target areas.

Final selection of participatory methods to be used and further development will be discussed , as well as their involvement in pilot projects design.

As the Pilots design phase is near conclusion, and the Pilots implementation phase is about to start, WPT3 session will focus on matchmaking of participatory methods and all 9 pilots, with the objective to experiment at least two participatory methods per pilot.
