4th Steering Committee Meeting
The 4th Steering Committee Meeting took part on the 24th of October 2019 in Cieszyn.
Partners’ representatives nominated to be Members of Steering Committee (SC) as well as Associated Partners’ representatives and external key stakeholders participated in the meeting. Current situation in the project as well as the involvement of the key stakeholders were the important topics brought up during this event.
At the beginning, Members were welcomed by Project Manager, Ms Aleksandra Krawucka, who presented the agenda of the meeting - first part was the presentation of the results of the mid-term review, as well as project modifications. After that, each of the three work packages was described by the responsible Partner.
Next point of the meeting was to present the reports and data, as well as the documents, such as
- Model of organisational framework
- Key action for implementation of multimodal freight transport strategy
- Tritia Rail Action Plan & Tritia Intermodal Logistic/Terminals Action Plan
- Preparation of transport model
