5th Cluster Matchmaking Conference

For the 5th time BSR Stars hosted the Cluster Matchmaking Conference – this time it took place on September 21-22, 2017, in Stuttgart, Germany. The Cluster Matchmaking Conference offered inspirational presentations on current cluster topics, excellent matchmaking opportunities with Europe’s leading cluster organisations, lots of networking opportunities and an interactive program with different core areas in a vibrant and learning atmosphere. This year’s main topics were how to work with cluster internationalisation, how to develop new cross-sectorial ideas for international cluster collaboration projects, co-learning for sharing experiences and sustainable financing models (program available here).

Representatives of more than 175 clusters from almost 30 countries met at this event to establish new partnerships, to learn from each other and to establish cross-sectorial synergies. PP CyberForum joined this event to maximize its contribution to URBAN INNO as cluster mentor, but also to gain new insights in cluster internationalization and transnational cooperation – both core topics of the URBAN INNO project. Tamara Högler, representing URBAN INNO partner CyberForum, met 9 cluster representatives during the matchmaking events and discussed potential cooperation opportunities as regards to URBAN INNO and other ongoing projects.
