4th Project Partners Meeting, Ljubljana, Slovenia

The 4th PROJECT PARTNERS MEETING was held in Ljubljana from the 24 – 27 September 2018. The first day of the long four days meeting started in the afternoon at Geological Survey of Slovenia and, during the other day, was held at Museum and galleries of Ljubljana, in the Centre of the city.

The Project Partner Meeting was opened with WP T1 session moderated by PoliMi University and a report on CSIA analysis for each Pilot Area was presented with a tracking shot. The presentation was followed by a discussion on the data and analysis among Jaworzno, Novy Bydzov and Parma. Then there was a training and internship session on desethylatrazine removal from drinking water at Brest and the development of a new biobased solution with numerical model Brest.

On Tuesday there was the WPT2 session, opening by WPT2 leader: on an overview of the up-to-date situation within WP T2 and following all the pilot actions were presented by each partner. All the partners had a long and interactive discussion with regards to the aims and deliverables to be achieved in 5th semester, with a time-schedule.

Afterwards, the WP T3 Transnational Workshop was opened and a short summary of the Management Plan and identified gaps was illustrated with by WP-leader with: overview, timetable, deliverables and further activities. At the end of the session were communicated practical recommendations. The session ended with a discussion and a summary.

The discussion then moved to the AMIIGA Monitoring Group and the AMIIGA project leader, Grzegorz Gzyl (LP), presented results at mid-term followed by a discussion on involvement of Associated Partners in AMIIGA and the results implementation. There was also the formal and financial issue discussion among all the partners. The communication session was one of the last presentation realized showing the time planning of partners involvement in dissemination and communication issues. The management session showing the results of mid-term review in Parma concluded the meeting where many important themes were discussed.

The Ljubljana 4th AMIIGA meeting was an occasion to visit the city, to study new managment cases of groudwater, to see what is new and strengths and weaknesses strengths of another area of the AMIIGA FUA. And last but not least it was a great occasion to work together, to exchange ideas, to take decisions together and to socialize.
