INTEGRATED HYDROLOGICAL MODELING WORKSHOP in Munich
boDEREC-CE project team met in mid-October in Munich to learn how to model water resources.
During 5 days of the workshop partners get familiar with MODFLOW modeling tools, introduced by Wesley Henson and Scott Boyce from US Geological Survey (USGS), San Diego, and FREEWAT tool, MODFLOW GUI implemented with QGIS, in hands-on excercieses provided by Giovanna De Filippis and Rudy Rossetto from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Pisa.
The tools will be used in realisation of pilot action modelling approach in boDEREC-CE project.
