The City of Koprivnica, the Regional energy agency North and another 11 project partners, are implementing the project "Boosting Energy Efficiency in Central European Cities through Smart Energy Management - BOOSTEE-CEE." The project is co-financed by the Europea Union through the INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE program. As part of this project, on Friday, November 30th 2018. City of Koprivnica, Croatian Chamber of Commerce and REA held a second focus group meeting during which representatives of the City of Koprivnica and the Regional Energy Agency North presented the results of the project.

The project is focused on improving energy efficiency in public buildings, as they are often the big energy consumers. The BOOSTEE-CE project will provide project partners with the procurement and development of simple and useful tools and methodologies for energy management. By the development and implementation of 3D energy management system and Pilot Actions, the project will develop an innovative approach to energy auditing of public buildings.
