On 16 October 2019, the EU Open for Business Infoday in Stuttgart brought together around 100 SME experts and entrepreneurs from Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria to discuss the topic. The EU Info Day, which was opened by Wirtschaſtsministerin Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, also marked the end of the Germany-wide campaign, which started with an Info Day in Berlin in May and finally led to Stuttgart via Lübeck and Düsseldorf. National and European Union experts informed about the various services and promotion offers, which the European Union offers for small and middle enterprises.
Luc Schmerber, representing BWCON GmbH, presented the Chain Reactions project to an interested audience. Together with Dr. Judit Schrick-Szenczi, vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Wohnungsbau des Landes Baden-Württemberg, they showed the opportunities provided by Interreg Central Europe to develop innovative offers for fostering innovation in SMEs
