Energy Cafè in Debrecen (Hungary): an interactive lesson at school.

Hajdú-Bihar County Government organized an Energy Café in Debrecen as part of the CitiEnGov project.
Svetits Catholic School was the venue of the program, where 13-year-old teenagers participated in an irregular lesson and besides age-specific information about sustainable energy, environmentally friendly attitude they also got an insight into the goals of the project.
Not only because the school itself is a flagship institution in energy saving and environmental education, but also due to hands-on information, the interactive lesson proved to be very successful. Experience shows that children are the best culture media for any initiation and awareness raising will spread into our everyday activities.
