A visit to the Visitor centre and the griffon vulture rehabilitation centre Beli on the island of Cres is planned. Beli is great example of good practice of cooperation in raising visitor and public awareness of the importance of protected nature values.

The conference is a chance to meet members of the CEETO Network, established earlier this year. The Network enables collaboration and networking of professionals and protected areas in Central Europe with the goal of sharing knowledge and practices in the development, implementation and promotion of sustainable tourism management.
