Cooperation is central!

An Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE communication seminar, held on 6^th of February 2018 in Vienna, provided new insights on how to recognize, reach and motivate the target audiences. It was also the opportunity for exchanging the experiences among Interreg CE 1^st call communication managers, and to promote the projects and institutions in terms of future cooperation.

Besides the useful inputs on how to provide mid-term report regarding project communication activities, the representatives of the Interreg CE communication unit introduced the participants to the storytelling technique and presented new slogan of Interreg CE program - Cooperation is central! This was the basis of seminar’s interactive part where participants have to develop their own stories connecting projects perspective with cooperation beyond the borders.

Ms. Suzana Belošević Romac, communication manager of URBAN INNO project, designed a story which was evaluated as one of the most successful by the participants. She illustrated the importance of involvement into the transnational programs through improvement of regional policies, discovery and better use of local potentials, and exchange of experiences and ideas among the central European regions, which are also the standing points of URBAN INNO project.
