On the 05th of May 2021 the students attending the V°B of the Technical Institute Saffi-Alberti of Forlì visited on a virtual tour the 1,4 MWt Solar Thermal Plant installed in Villa Selva, Forlì (FC).
The Solar Thermal Plant named "Campo Solare" generates heat for the industrial district heating of a Ecologically Equipped Productive Area using the principle of the solar concentration, thanks to parabolic mirrors automatically oriented to maximize the exposure. The tour of the energy system is an option of the educational offer to the schools of the Municipality of Forlì and, due to the current pandemic, was held online with the support of an electronic platform collecting photos and videos.
