FIRECE goals in line with the EU Green Taxonomy

On 15th April, the Council adopted a regulation setting out an EU-wide classification system, so called “Green Taxonomy”, that helps businesses and investors identify those economic activities, which are considered environmentally sustainable.
The goal of the Green Taxonomy is to encourage private investment in sustainable growth including measures contributing to a climate neutral economy. As the main objective of FIRECE project is to contribute to the low carbon energy transition of industry, the consortium believes that the project activities and results are fully in line with the Green Taxonomy.
