On 6 May 2022, an online workshop for Croatian experts in the field of heritage and public administration was held as part of the project ForHeritage: Excellence in heritage management in central Europe

The workshop was organized and conducted by the Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) as one of the project partners in cooperation with the City of Rijeka, and the objectives of the workshop were to present new knowledge on heritage financing and integrated heritage management.

The workshop presented different tools developed within the project, on the topics of participatory heritage management, innovative financial instruments, public-private cooperation, heritage impact assessment, heritage management training, and pilot project experiences. New financial instruments were presented in more detail, as heritage financing is always a topical issue.
