Regional training workshop in Ljubljana

The regional training workshop in Ljubljana, carried out on the 19th of April, started with the presentation of the project and the set of tools, developed within the project. After that, the participants learned about the 10-step methodology, which assists project managers in their search for new financial sources. Finally, the regional model for financing of cultural heritage was presented.
The workshop concluded with the discussion of all present experts with the participants, in which some of the specific challenges regarding the financing and management of CH that the participants are facing, were addressed.
