2nd SCM in Stuttgart
On 19 and 20 February 2020 the whole IN SITU team representing 6 partner regions gathered in Stuttgart for the study visit and Steering Committee Meeting.
We had the opportunity to discuss all the technical topics that relate to thematic packages of our project. The partners from Slovenia presented the final version of the Social Impact Platform which may be found under www.insituproject.eu. It provides information about social innovations and hubs in less technical language. It will also contain the methodology of the project, training materials and databases of social organisations in all partner regions.
We also discussed progress in preparation of the training programs which will be offered in the regions to the people willing to start their business in a form of a social enterprise. These tailored services will be delivered in Social Innovation Hubs which will be established in next couple of weeks. The will offer teaching, consulting and 1-on-1 mentoring. All oriented towards smoothening of the flow of knowledge and supporting the people who are not well off in improving their professional situation and conditions of living.
One of the most beneficial parts of our meeting was the common working culture workshop moderated by Mr. Volker Kaulartz. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn and exercise new, inspiring ways of tackling problems and difficult situations in project implementation.
