IN SITU supports Occupational Therapy Workshops for the people with disabilities
Last week in Silesia region a new group of participants started their activities in the project. It is a very special group, as we managed to gather people with disabilities, mainly with lighter intellectual deficits.
The first part of the workshops concentrated on the importance of social innovations in delivery of services dedicated to the people with special needs, which may be rendered by themselves. This part was based on the business model canvas.
  Â
The participants expressed particular interest in the method and delivered high quality solutions to the problems they are very familiar with. They pointed out some nuances to which healthy people are very unlikely to pay attention. It led us to collect some ideas which may be subject to further development. – says Piotr Stoły, trainings coordinator from WSB University.
