Diginclusion Hub in Austria – fostering digital inclusion in the context of Social Enterprises
The current COVID-19 crisis stresses the importance of digital inclusion in the context of social businesses.
In order to prevent the exclusion of disadvantaged people from the labor market, our Austrian partner arbeit plus – in cooperation with social enterprises B7 and VFQ - is currently developing 2 competence framework models: one supporting the daily work of social business’ staff with their clients, while the second one will define staff requirements with regard to HR development within social enterprises.
These two frameworks are the results of several workshops, expert-interviews and meetings. Together they form the pilot project #Diginclusion Hub.
