Public roundtable in Trieste

On 12 November, a public roundtable will be organized on the premises of CEI-ES in Trieste. Renown stakeholders from regional authorities, public transport services and business sectors (Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Ferrovie Udine Cividale, Trenitalia, Trieste Traporti, and LIFT srl) will gather to discuss about the strategy of cross-border and intermodal connections, a theme that is being tackled through the implementation of the CONNECT2CE project. Two project’s pilot actions – on integrated multimodal ticket on the route Trieste – Villa Opicina – Ljubljana and on the extension of the Mi.Co.Tra rail service - will be presented as well.
