Work Packages M & C: Management & Communication
Summary
Project management is set up to ensure efficient project coordination, guarantee objectives are reached and that outputs are high quality. These activities were managed by the experienced Project Management Team. Its work consists of overall
management, reporting and communication with MA/JS, internal communication, daily monitoring, risk and quality management. Project management is strongly connected with the Financial Manager and Communication manager. Financial manager is focused monitoring of all financial aspects, financial reporting and management of funds and payments. Communication Manager deals with managing communication activities such project web page, social media channels, communication strategy and indicators or project events, including the Final Event.
