Friendship Park

The park near the Morando school in Alessandria, identified as "Spot 2 - Refuge Forest" and visited by the international delegation of the SALUTE4CE project in October 2021, will soon have a new name, thanks to a competition among pupils held in recent weeks. The classes submitted a series of proposals which were then assessed by a public-private jury.
The preference went to the name "Friendship Park", awarded for the value of friendship and the desire to be together again, after 2 years of pandemic.
During a small ceremony in the presence of the Councillor for Educational and School Services of the Municipality of Alessandria, the pupils of the winning classes received a school trip offered by the Parents' Committee as a prize and soon the green area will be renamed.
