External audits to examine the nature of the function in the environment of smart regional specializations at Lublin Institutions of Business Environment
As part of the SMART_watch project, the Lubelskie Voivodeship (Poland) managed to carry out the external audits at more than 3 institutions. The aim of the SMART_watch project is to identify institutions in the Lubelskie Voivodeship that could play the role of Regional Observatories of Intelligent Specializations in the future. They will be intended to contribute to the designation of areas or industries that are attractive from a regional point of view and whose functioning should be supported. The audited partners were the Lublin Science and Technology Park, the "Puławskie Centrum Przedsiębiorczości" Foundation, the Klaster Lubelska Medycyna and the Eastern ICT Cluster. During the meetings, it was possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of all audited entities, select the industries or specializations that are most distinctive in the environment of the given entity.
