As part of the traditional Demo Day program, 8th generation teams of Rijeka Startup Incubator presented their business ideas that they developed during last six months with the help of mentors and project partners. Presentations were held on 13th December 2017, in Rijeka, Croatia, following with a series of interesting lectures, and the event was welcomed by City of Rijeka mayor mr. Vojko Obersnel.

Mr. Damir Medved (Ericsson Nikola Tesla) presented the Interreg CE project URBAN INNO, Rijeka pilot and interesting results of the World Cafe workshop, which was held with participation of startup community as well as with association Junior Chamber International Rijeka.

Rijeka pilot is dealing with the project Citizen Collaboration Platform (CCP), which will be developed with the participation of various groups of citizens, including young citizens. At World café workshop they contributed to the pilot development with many proposals, and the most interesting are: crowdfunding system: CCP sub-system that will allow citizens to fund their proposals, ideas on existing examples as well as possibilities of CCP in order to utilize all potential of citizens, and suggestions on name, brand, interface, design and promotion of CCP. All those inputs will certainly contribute to the development of the pilot itself.
