Informative meeting in the Veneto Region
An informative meeting on the project CONNECT2CE was held on December 6th at the premises of the Veneto Region - Palazzo Linetti, Sala CTR - Cannregio 99 in Venice. The two main topics of the meeting were the innovative railway links to support the smart mobility in Europe & the new Veneto Transport Regional Plan. The meeting presented the aim of the CONNECT2CE project, which is to strengthen the planning capacities of public transport in all its Modalities (road, rail, maritime, bike sharing) at regional and transnational level, with a specific focus on peripheral areas and their connection with the main nodes of the network.
