HoCare2.0 SME and Public services Pilots
To gain first-hand insights and experience in implementing co-creation in the area of homecare, 13 SMEs and 7 Public service providers were chosen to engage in product and service development while using the feedback from end-users and other representatives of the Quadruple-helix.
The Pilots were conducted according to the procedure and steps in the Tools. Each of the Pilots brought valuable insights which among others led to suggestions on how to update and innovate the Tools themselves.
During the whole process of Pilots. participating project partners from all 6 territories came together periodically and shared experiences to support each other and ensure the transregional relevance of the Pilots. Eventually, several outputs could be written down on the whole Pilot experience, including key learnings.
