Training path with a peer to peer approach for mobility planners and operators in Žilina's FUA
The training path with a peer to peer approach for mobility planners and operators in Žilina's FUA has occurred on 20th of September 2018 in Žilina, at University of Žilina.
Main topics discussed during the training were topics focused on how to helps cities and especially Žilina to environment, reduce emissions, congestions, noise and to become safer, healthier and better places to live, by increasing the role of more sustainable forms of mobility in the urban transport mix, especially active transport forms – like walking and biking.
The main focus and output is to improve the key conditions of mobility and environment in Žilina. Main result of this training is exchange of experiences between interested experts about sustainable forms of mobility in the city transport mix, quality of public spaces and environment in Žilina.
