Elaboration of smart governance concepts
work package No. 1
The work package aimed at translating the SubNodes-strategy into practical implementation in the regions participating. Starting with a learning cycle, the project first gathered state-of-the-art knowledge on the topic, before it developed a joint methodology. The partner regions elaborated their Regional Implementation Plans.
