Solutions For Smoother
Social Inclusion

The risk of poverty and social exclusion remains an important issue in central Europe. In combination with population decline and outward migration it is a particular challenge for rural regions and the crisis in Ukraine accelerated this further. Creating equal opportunities, regardless of people's background, will help them to achieve their full potentials in life and take part in society is an essential cornerstone of our society.

Ongoing activities of our projects include:

  • Promotion of equal access to public services as well as enable citizen’s participation in the decision-making processes that affect their lives
  • Fostering regional and local initiatives to support human capital and skills development in regions coping with brain drain, and challenges of industrial transition and digitalisation
  • Strengthening capacities of the public and private sector to ensure a just and socially inclusive economic transition
