Energy Day in Međimurje County
On May 24, 2018, the Regional Development Agency of Slavonia and Baranja organized the Energy Day in Međimurje County as part of the SUECH project.
The aim of the event was to promote the project and its results to other counties that are not directly involved in the project. Representatives of the Regional Development Agency of Slavonia and Baranja and other project partners shared promotional project materials with Čakovec citizens, followed by an educational section where lectures were held by lecturers Maja Bratko and Nikola Gradinščak from the Međimurje Energy Agency, Ilja Drmač from the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar and Tatjana Vadas, representative of the Čakovec Construction School.
The Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar team has recognized this venue as important event for representing the CE-HEAT project and its deliverables. Special focus was on the regional waste heat cadasters and the pilot project activities.
Mr Ilja Drmač presented already implemented activities and related outcomes. The Waste heat cadaster was interesting to all participants and a lot of discussion during his presentation was related to use and positive aspects of the waste heat cadaster.
For dissemination purposes, a stand with promotional events and banners was organized.
