Green Network members meeting

The CE-HEAT project was presented at the project event “Zeleno Omrežje” – Slovenia’s Green Network event in Žalec.
While the presentation included relevant general information about the project the key focus was on presenting recent developments including practical tools for improvement of waste heat utilization and action plan findings.
We presented the GIS cadaster in which Slovenia’s waste heat potential is geographically identified. The cadaster is now publicly available online in Atlas Trajnostne Energije. Furthermore, the online energy calculator aimed at supporting the decision making on the technical and economic eligibility of exploitation of waste heat was discussed. Also, findings from the regional waste heat action plan were shared with participating stakeholders.
The presentation was aimed at key stakeholders -businesses and energy related companies participating at the event.
The information is disseminated through Green networks’ communication channels and through their publications to the wider membership base.
