In this toolkit, we are talking about mobility plans. Since we are talking about them in the context of one workplace, the terms “mobility plan”, “workplace mobility plan”, “institutional mobility plan” or “workplace travel plan” refer to one document or process even if the usage of the terms varies from country to country or from expert to expert.
