The Saxon State Ministry for Regional Development-SMR is part the government of the Free State of Saxony. The main activities of the LP in the project are the implementation activities planned in WP T1&T2 on its territory. LP is also a leader of WP management. 

T Bridge S.p.A. is an Italian management consulting and ICT company, a branch of BVTech Group, which gathers a dozen companies (over 600 professionals) specialized in ICT services. T Bridge’s clients are both public bodies and private companies. In RegiaMobil, T Bridge will focus its activities in WP T1 where it will collaborate with Liguria Region (AP) to elaborate an action plan for demand-responsive mobility.

The Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region acts as the subsidiary body of regional authorities of the Wielkopolska Region. Competences of the institution include: organization of transport , medical care system, providing of some cultural institutions,preparing the region's spatial policy, performing of tasks related to the regulation of environment use. 

The University as a public university provides education at Bachelor’s degree, Engineer/Master’s degree and Doctoral degree in both full-time and part-time forms. UNIZA’s main responsibility in RegiaMobil is the leadership of WP T1 and the coordination of the activities taking place within that work package across all partner areas. 

aMo is the agency for mobility and local public transport of the Modena province, fully owned  by the province's local public authorities. The agency is responsible for the planning of public transport services in the province's territory except for rail. aMo will participate in all activities in the project work plan and implement those within the territory of the province. 

The District Administration Rottal-Inn is responsible for the territorial development of the NUTS III region. In RegiaMobil Rottal-Inn's activities focus on the preparation and implementation of a demonstration project, capitalising outputs of two previous Central Europe projects and pilot action realised in Modena 

Budapest University of Technology and Economics is one of the largest higher educational institutions in engineering in Central Europe. BME has taken  the role as the leader of WPT2. so far 6 working papers learned from Horzion 2020 and Central Europe projects have been developed.

The majory of HŽ Putnički prijevoz d.o.o. company operations is focused on the profitable urban New Linkregions, but as a State operator, the company wants to explore new possibilities in rural areas by introducing and testing new  services in cooperation with different local authorities.

Local self-government of the City of Osijek are shared by the representative body, which is the City Council, and the executive body, which is the Mayor. Osijek participates in RegiaMobil both in the capacity of a partner providing expertise and access of knowledge for capitalisation by another partner and as beneficiary of other project's achieved results.
