Case study areas

The case study areas provide the development and testing areas for the MaGICLandscapes project outputs. There are nine all together and they cover a large range of different landscape and habitat types from across the Central Europe area. From the River Po Plain in northern Italy to the mountains of Poland and the Czech Republic, from 'wild' areas to the peri-urban areas around settlements these case study areas provide the project with a wide range of green infrastructure types, sizes and functions. These areas were selected by the partners to utilise their existing knowledge of the areas and to build upon previous work. Workshops with stakeholders and Associated Partners will be also be held in these areas during the course of the project. By clicking on the name you may find further information about the respective case study area.
